Gym owners assembling to file class action lawsuit

Phase Four changes have frustrated gym owners, and now they’re taking their frustration to the state.

The governor took gyms out of the Phase Four plans last week, along with malls and movie theaters.

In response dozens of gym owners across the state are assembling together, via social media, to file a class action lawsuit against the state of New York for this action.
