Hundreds of gyms say they’re committed to filing a class action lawsuit after Gov. Andrew Cuomo decided that gyms would not be included in Phase 4 of New York’s reopening plan.
SC Fit owner Charles Cassara says at least 300 other gym owners from across the state are committed to being part of the lawsuit and thousands have shown interest.
